Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Our units are rented out for 6.5 hours from the time setup is complete - (Sunday only)
2. The available slot time that is shown during the booking is the delivery time we arrive at the setup
3. A $50 deposit is required to book and will go towards total dues at delivery
4. It’s acceptable for customers to pay in full before the scheduled delivery date
5. We do allow overnight next day pick up for an additional $35 surcharge
6. The deposit can also be refunded if canceled 24 hours before delivery
7. Same day cancelation with full refund is acceptable If poor weather conditions occur and we are notified two hours before scheduled delivery (no exceptions)
8. Our castles are cleaned and sanitized between hires
9. Setup areas must be within 75 feet of the power source, or a generator is required
10. We require an outlet that can safely support 15 amps (Generators are available at extra surcharge)
11. Inflatables must be left on the entire time of rental to eliminate internal moisture/water unless rented overnight
12. Set up times and take down takes about 30-60 mins at each site

14. All slides come with pool cushion matting
15. The customer is responsible for verifying yard space and no steep hills in the setup area or may be subject to involuntary cancellation and deposit lost

17. Once the inflatable is rolled out, customers are not allowed to cancel unless extreme weather conditions occur
