BOOKING TIMES FAQ: (IMPORTANT)

  • Delivery time - The slot time of when we will arrive to setup. We will provide exact delivery time 2 days prior to delivery.
  • During the booking process, please enter your event start & end time in the additional information box.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. A $50 deposit is required to book and will go towards total dues at delivery
  2. It’s acceptable for customers to pay in full before the scheduled delivery date
  3. The deposit can also be refunded if canceled 24 hours before delivery
  4. Same day cancelation with full refund is acceptable If poor weather conditions occur and we are notified two hours before scheduled delivery (no exceptions)
  5. Our castles are cleaned and sanitized between hires
  6. Setup areas must be within 75 feet of the power source, or a generator is required
  7. We require an outlet that can safely support 15 amps (Generators are available at extra surcharge)
  8. Inflatables must be left on the entire time of rental to eliminate internal moisture/water unless rented overnight
  9. Set up times and take down takes about 30-60 mins at each site
  10. We only deliver a 35-mile radius of 3902 West Valley Hwy North Suite 414 Auburn, WA
  11. All water pools are equipped with cushion matting underneath
  12. The customer is responsible for verifying yard space and no steep hills in the setup area or may be subject to involuntary cancellation and deposit loss
  13. Delivery Fees-$1.99 per mile from Auburn, WA | $5 per additional mile after 30-mile radius of 3902 West Valley Hwy North Suite 414 Auburn, WA
  14. Once the inflatable is rolled out, customers are not allowed to cancel or receive any sort of refund
