BOOKING TIMES FAQ: (IMPORTANT)
- Delivery time - The slot time of when we will arrive to setup. We will provide exact delivery time 2 days prior to delivery.
- During the booking process, please enter your event start & end time in the additional information box. Please also add any special instructions such as “use rear ally to access gate”
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- A $50 deposit is required to book and will go towards total dues at delivery
- It’s acceptable for customers to pay in full before the scheduled delivery date
- Full refunded if canceled 72 hours before delivery
- Reschedule is allowed for any appointments under 72 hours of delivery time. (Max reschedule is 1 rebooking max)
- Our castles are cleaned and sanitized between hires
- Setup areas must be within 75 feet of the power source, otherwise a generator is required
- We require an outlet that can safely support 15-20 amps (Generators are available at extra surcharge)
- Inflatables must be left on the entire time of rental to eliminate internal moisture/water unless rented overnight
- Set up times and take down takes about 30-60 mins at each site
- We only deliver within a 25-mile radius of 1264 Valentine Ave SE, Pacific WA 98047
- All water pools are equipped with cushion matting underneath
- The customer is responsible for verifying yard space and no steep hills in the setup area or may be subject to involuntary cancellation and deposit loss
- Delivery Fees-$2.00 per mile from Pacific, WA for the first 10 mile radius | $3 per additional mile after 10-mile radius of 1264 Valentine Ave SE, Pacific WA 98047
- Once the inflatable is rolled out, customers are not allowed to cancel or receive any sort of refund
